Als Marketingverantwoordelijke bepaal je mee hoe onze merken zich in de markt positioneren en verder groeien. Je vertaalt commerciële ambities naar een duidelijke marketingaanpak, stuurt de marketingwerking aan en zorgt ervoor dat ideeën ook effectief gerealiseerd worden.

Daarbij combineer je strategisch inzicht met een praktische mentaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met sales, interne collega's en externe partners en bewaakt steeds de kwaliteit en herkenbaarheid van onze communicatie.

Je werkt vanuit Tielt of Oudsbergen en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de commercieel directeur.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je bepaalt en realiseert de marketingstrategie voor vier bedrijven, afgestemd op hun commerciële doelstellingen, doelgroepen en marktpositie.
  • Je coördineert de marketingwerking en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten, structuur en voortgang binnen het team.
  • Je neemt marketingprojecten van idee tot oplevering in handen en bewaakt daarbij planning, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Je versterkt de zichtbaarheid en positionering van onze merken via zowel digitale als offline kanalen.
  • Je zorgt voor een consistente uitstraling, tone of voice en merkidentiteit in alle communicatie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met sales om campagnes en marketinginitiatieven optimaal te laten aansluiten bij commerciële opportuniteiten.
  • Je schakelt externe bureaus en partners in waar nodig en zorgt voor een efficiënte samenwerking.
  • Je volgt resultaten en KPI's op, haalt inzichten uit data en gebruikt die om campagnes en acties voortdurend te verbeteren.
  • Je rapporteert aan de commercieel directeur over lopende projecten, prestaties en nieuwe marketingkansen.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende marketingrol, idealiter binnen een B2B-omgeving.
  • Je kunt strategisch denken, maar vindt het minstens even belangrijk om plannen daadwerkelijk in de praktijk te brengen.
  • Je beschikt over een sterke commerciële feeling en begrijpt hoe marketing rechtstreeks kan bijdragen aan groei en verkoop.
  • Je werkt graag met cijfers en data en kunt marketingresultaten analyseren en vertalen naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je bent sterk in organiseren, prioriteiten bepalen en verschillende projecten tegelijk opvolgen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met CMS-platformen zoals WordPress en/of Drupal, Google Analytics en digitale marketingtools.
  • Ervaring met Adobe Creative Cloud, zoals InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator of Premiere, is een mooie extra.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid, maar zoekt actief de samenwerking op met collega's en externe partners.
  • Je communiceert zeer goed in het Nederlands en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Frans. Duits is een extra troef.
