Jobomschrijving

Voor onze klant, Tadaaz, gaan wij op zoek naar een marketeer in hart en nieren. Wil jij marketingstrategie vertalen naar campagnes die klanten bereiken én commerciële resultaten opleveren?

Dan ben jij de aangewezen persoon voor het aansturen van hun marketingactiviteiten voor Vlaanderen en Nederland. Je combineert strategisch inzicht met een hands-on aanpak en geeft richting aan een team van 4 collega’s.

Een greep uit jouw takenpakket :

  • Je vertaalt de marketingstrategie naar concrete campagnes en commerciële acties, afgestemd op doelgroepen en belangrijke momenten.
  • Je stuurt een team van 4 marketeers aan en zorgt voor focus, structuur, planning en opvolging.
  • Je beheert campagnes van A tot Z: van campagne- en mediaplan tot uitvoering, analyse en optimalisatie.
  • Je bewaakt budgetten, KPI’s en resultaten en vertaalt data naar concrete verbeteracties.
  • Je bouwt mee aan een sterk en herkenbaar merk en bewaakt de positionering en tone of voice.
  • Je optimaliseert de customer journey, webshop en conversie en denkt mee over de prestaties van verschillende kanalen.
  • Je werkt samen met externe partners en internationale marketingcollega’s.
  • Je bent een T-shaped marketeer met een sterke e-commerce mindset.
  • Je hebt ervaring met campagneplanning, budgetbeheer en het behalen van commerciële doelstellingen.
  • Daarnaast heb je een goede kennis van paid social en SEA en weet je data te vertalen naar acties.
  • Je krijgt energie van het aansturen en coachen van een team, stelt vlot prioriteiten en communiceert sterk.
  • Je begrijpt de verschillen tussen de Vlaamse en Nederlandse markt en weet marketing hierop af te stemmen.
  • Je volgt bovendien de nieuwste digitale marketingtrends actief op.
