Wat ga je doen?

  • Je vertaalt de marketingstrategie naar concrete campagnes en commerciële acties.
  • Je stuurt een team van 4 marketeers aan en zorgt voor duidelijke prioriteiten en opvolging.
  • Je optimaliseert de customer journey en denkt actief mee over conversie en webshopprestaties.
  • Je beheert budgetten, volgt targets op en rapporteert de resultaten.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met externe partners in Vlaanderen en Nederland.

Wie zoeken we?

  • Je bent een ervaren marketeer met sterke e-commerce feeling.
  • Je hebt ervaring met campagnebeheer, budgetopvolging en teamcoördinatie.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van Paid Social en SEA.
  • Je neemt initiatief en voelt je thuis in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je bent een coachende leidinggevende die collega's motiveert en richting geeft.
  • Je hebt voeling met zowel de Vlaamse als Nederlandse markt.
