mittlerweile Europaweit etabliert und verfügt über ein umfangreiches Maschinensortiment in den

Kategorien Baumaschinen, Brennholztechnik, Gartengeräte, Stromerzeuger, Kompressoren

sowie Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Kommissionierer (m/w/d) mit Staplerschein und Erfahrung im Lagerbereich. 1 Marketingexpert_in Dein Beitrag zum gemeinsamen Erfolg

Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter unserem Auftritt - du koordinierst dein Marketing-Team mit Weitblick, die internen Ressourcen sowie externen Dienstleister und trägst die Gesamtverantwortung für Marketing-Agenden:

* Content-Platzierung: Du kümmerst dich um die zeitnahe Integration der erstellten Verkaufsunterlagen (Bilder/Videos/Marketingtexte) auf den Werbeplattformen unserer Kunden und auch auf unserer internen Homepage.

* Markensteuerung & Design: Du verantwortest die optische Linie unserer Marken (dies beinhaltet Layout von Werbemitteln/ Bilder/ Videos, Messeauftritte und Merchandise-Artikel).

* Digitale Sichtbarkeit: Die Pflege unserer Social-Media-Kanäle, der Versand von Newslettern und das Update der Website werden von dir proaktiv gesteuert.

* Content & Produktfotografie: Mit einem Auge fürs Detail setzt du unsere Maschinen mittels Bildmaterials und zielgruppengerechten Texten perfekt in Szene und erstellst dafür Leitlinien und Vorgaben.

* Marketing Intelligence: Durch Marktbeobachtungen und KPI-Analysen behältst du den Wettbewerb im Blick und lieferst die Basis für erfolgreiche Verkaufsaktionen.

Was dich auszeichnet

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Marketing, Kommunikation) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis ist dein Fundament.

* Führungskompetenz: Du bringst bereits Erfahrung in der interdisziplinären Führung von Mitarbeitern mit oder bist ein erfahrener Projektleiter, der nun den nächsten Karriereschritt gehen möchte, um Schnittstellen souverän zu steuern und die Verantwortung für die gemeinsame Ergebisqualität zu tragen.

* Expertise: Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing (strategisch/technisches Umfeld). E-Commerce Expertise und Markenstärkung.

* Kommunikation: Sehr gutes Sprachgefühl und hohe Kreativität. Neben gutem Englisch sind weitere Sprachen ein großes Plus.
