Ondanks dat de grenzen tussen Marketing en Sales steeds meer vervagen, maken we in de rollen nog wel onderscheid. Dit doen we zodat iedereen zijn of haar vaardigheden kan inzetten op het vakgebied waar ze goed in zijn. Zorg voor de best mogelijke klantbeleving Geen traditionele structuur Wanneer we ons richten op het creëren van de allerbeste klantbeleving is het simpelweg onhaalbaar om te werken in verschillende afdelingen. De beleving van de klant wordt gecreëerd vanaf de allereerste oriëntatie tot het leveren van de dienstverlening en de opvolging hiervan. Het is dan heel onlogisch om in deze klantreis een aantal verschillende afdelingen te creëren met aparte aansturing. Daarom hebben we al een deel van onze marketing- en salesactiviteiten samengevoegd binnen één afdeling. En voor de klanten waar we echte langdurige partnerships mee opbouwen werken de salescollega's nauw samen met de trainers en consultants. Zo zorgen we dat onze klanten profiteren van onze integrale werkwijze en geen last ondervinden van onze interne inrichting. Verschillende vakgebieden Bij het creëren van de ultieme klantbeleving hebben we verschillende expertises nodig. Deze expertises zijn verdeeld over een aantal verschillende rollen: - Opleidingsadviseur het primaire aanspreekpunt voor individuele cursisten. Je begeleidt ze door het hele proces van oriëntatie tot selectie van de juiste training en de voorbereidingen op deze training.
