We groeien, verbreden onze dienstverlening en werken dagelijks aan sterke en langdurige relaties met onze klanten. Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, zijn wij op zoek naar een Marketingspecialist die marketing binnen PROFI-SEC naar een hoger niveau kan tillen. In deze functie krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om marketing organisatiebreed vorm te geven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor onze marktpositionering, contentstrategie, digitale vindbaarheid, campagnes en inboundmarketing. Je kijkt verder dan alleen bereik en likes. Jij wilt weten: bereiken we de juiste doelgroep, komt onze boodschap aan en levert marketing daadwerkelijk commerciële kansen op? Je werkt nauw samen met de directie, Branchemanagers en Tenderspecialist & Sales Support en vormt de verbinding tussen marketing, de markt en onze commerciële organisatie. Als Marketingspecialist ontwikkel en realiseer je marketingactiviteiten die bijdragen aan de zichtbaarheid, positionering en commerciële groei van PROFI-SEC. Je zorgt ervoor dat PROFI-SEC duidelijk en onderscheidend wordt gepositioneerd binnen relevante sectoren en doelgroepen. - ontwikkelt en bewaakt de marktpositionering van PROFI-SEC; - vertaalt klantbehoeften, marktontwikkelingen en concurrentie-informatie naar sterke kernboodschappen; - ontwikkelt samen met directie en Branchemanagers sectorspecifieke proposities; - onderzoekt doelgroepen, beslissers, koopmotieven en relevante communicatiekanalen; - ontwikkelt marketingplannen per doelgroep en sector; - signaleert commerciële kansen en adviseert de organisatie over mogelijke marketingacties. Je bouwt mee aan een marketingaanpak waarmee potentiële klanten PROFI-SEC weten te vinden én geïnteresseerd raken in onze dienstverlening. - het ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van marketingfunnel...
