Bij Elinco Textielmachines zoeken we een ondernemende marketingstudent die samen met ons de volgende stap wil zetten in onze marketing. We zijn een klein en ambitieus bedrijf in Almere, actief in de wereld van professionele textielmachines. Onze klanten verwachten kwaliteit, kennis en goede service. Dat is precies waar Elinco voor staat. Op commercieel gebied hebben we veel kennis van onze markt, klanten en machines. Tegelijkertijd zien we volop kansen om onze marketing professioneler, consistenter en creatiever aan te pakken. En daar kom jij in beeld. Jouw uitdaging We zoeken geen stagiair(e) die alleen een bestaande marketingplanning gaat uitvoeren. We willen juist dat je kritisch naar onze huidige marketing kijkt en ons helpt bepalen: Waar liggen de grootste kansen voor Elinco en hoe kunnen we die benutten? Je krijgt veel vrijheid om daar zelf invulling aan te geven. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je stage wordt het ontwikkelen van een praktische marketingbasis voor Elinco. Denk hierbij aan: het opstellen van een marketingplan; het onderzoeken en aanscherpen van onze doelgroepen; het maken én uitvoeren van een socialmediaplan; het ontwikkelen van een nieuwsbriefstrategie en het daadwerkelijk maken en versturen van nieuwsbrieven; het opstellen van een contentplanning; het creëren van content voor onder andere website, social media en e-mail; meedenken over fotografie en videocontent; onderzoeken hoe we AI-tools slim kunnen inzetten binnen onze marketing; samen met ons relevante marketing-KPI's bepalen en de resultaten meten; analyseren wat werkt en op basis daarvan verbeteringen doorvoeren.
