Als Marketplace Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor de commerciële en operationele groei van verschillende online marketplaces. Je beheert en optimaliseert productfeeds, listings en campagnes en gebruikt data om omzet, rendement en online zichtbaarheid continu te verbeteren. Met Channable als belangrijke tool zorg je ervoor dat producten optimaal worden aangeboden op platformen zoals Amazon en bol en andere relevante marketplaces.

Functie omschrijving

  • Je beheert en optimaliseert dagelijks productcatalogi, listings en commerciële prestaties op marketplaces zoals Amazon, bol en andere relevante verkoopplatformen.
  • Je richt productfeeds in via Channable, onderhoudt deze en optimaliseert productdata, categorieën, prijzen en andere feedinstellingen.
  • Je zet marketplace- en advertentiecampagnes op, analyseert de resultaten en optimaliseert deze met focus op omzet, conversie en rendement.
  • Je analyseert verkoopcijfers, traffic, conversies en andere KPI's en vertaalt deze data naar concrete commerciële verbeteracties en rapportages.
  • Je detecteert en verhelpt technische problemen rond productfeeds, koppelingen en marketplace-integraties en bewaakt een correcte datadoorstroming.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, e-commerce, logistiek en customer service om beschikbaarheid, promoties en de totale marketplace performance te optimaliseren.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring met marketplace management, e-commerce of online sales en kent platformen zoals Amazon en bol.
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met Channable voor productfeedbeheer, marketplace-integraties en/of campagnebeheer.
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van e-commerce en digitale marketing en begrijpt de principes van SEA, SEO, conversieoptimalisatie en online advertising.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en kunt vlot werken met Excel, Google Analytics en andere relevante e-commerce- en rapporteringstools.
  • Je bent technisch aangelegd, probleemoplossend en nauwkeurig en kunt zelfstandig optimalisaties en verbeterpunten identificeren.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels en combineert een proactieve aanpak met sterke commerciële en resultaatgerichte vaardigheden.
