Als Marketplace Specialist bij Praxis ben je de schakel tussen platform en verkooppartners. Je begeleidt partners door onboarding, optimaliseert hun assortiment en zorg dat ze groeien op de marketplace. Als Marketplace Specialist bij Praxis Doe-Het-Zelf Center ben je de schakel tussen onze platform en onze verkooppartners. Je begeleidt partners door het gehele traject, van onboarding tot optimalisatie van hun assortiment - en zorg dat ze maximaal kunnen groeien op onze marketplace. Wat ga je doen? - Nieuwe verkooppartners begeleiden tijdens onboarding, training en livegang op het marketplace platform - Bedrijfs- en accountgegevens van partners controleren en verwerken, en valideren dat zij aan alle voorwaarden voldoen - Producten en productcontent beoordelen en valideren; partners adviseren over contentkwaliteit, assortiment en zichtbaarheid - Business Developers ondersteunen bij commerciële trajecten en verbeterinitiatieven - Relevante KPI's monitoren, verbeterkansen signaleren en analyses en rapportages opstellen - Meedenken over verbeteringen in processen en werkwijzen Wat neem je mee? - HBO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in een commerciële, bedrijfskundige of communicatieve richting - Minimaal 2 jaar werkervaring binnen e-commerce, online retail of marketplaces - Sterke analytische vaardigheden; je kunt data vertalen naar concrete acties en bent vaardig met Google Analytics, Excel en andere rapportagetools - Commerciële en resultaatgerichte instelling; je durft initiatief te nemen en bent niet bang om kritische vragen te stellen - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en professionele houding richting interne en externe stakeholders - Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels; affiniteit met retail, e-commerce en de doe-het-zelfmarkt Mooi om mee te nemen - Ervaring met seller management, partner management of marketplaces - Ervaring aan de zijde van een verkooppartner of online retailer - Beheersing van het Frans Bereik professionals in de DHZ-...
