* Du bist für deinen OBI Markt gesamtverantwortlich und sorgst für ein nachhaltiges Umsatzwachstum.

* Du lebst Kund_innenorientierung und bist dadurch ein Vorbild für dein Team.

* Du führst, motivierst und förderst deine Mitarbeiter_innen - das gehört zu deinen Kernaufgaben.

* Mit dem Blick auf einen wachsenden wirtschaftlichen Erfolg wertest du Kennzahlen aus und setzt proaktiv entsprechende Maßnahmen.

Qualifikationen, die du mitbringst

* du unternehmerisch denkst und deine Umsatz- und Kund_innenorientierung schon in anderen Jobs bewiesen hast.

* du sehr umsetzungsstark bist und auch schwierige Entscheidungen nicht scheust.

* du ein hohes Maß an Engagement mitbringst und so auch dein Team motivierst.

* du ein:e empathische:r Teamplayer:in mit Hands-on-Mentalität bist.

* du auch gerne am PC arbeitest und alle gängigen Microsoft Office Anwendungen meisterst
