Wil jij als marktonderzoeker behoeften van dealers in kaart brengen en de organisatie adviseren? Dit kan al binnen twee minuten 24 - 40 uur per week Tussen €2.700 en €3.100 Per maand Wat ga je doen? In Boven-Leeuwen heeft een ondernemende en gestaag uitbreidende verffabriek een tijdelijke positie beschikbaar voor een zelfstandige marktonderzoeker. De opdracht beslaat een periode van ten minste zes maanden. Met een personeelsbestand van circa zestig collega's heerst er een toegankelijke, informele bedrijfscultuur waarin persoonlijk contact centraal staat. In de rol van marktonderzoeker ga je actief de markt op om diepgaande inzichten te verzamelen. Je onderhoudt contact met landelijke verkooppunten en brengt hun actuele behoeften, verwachtingen en obstakels helder in beeld. Deze resultaten verwerk je tot een concreet adviesrapport voor de organisatie. In nauwe afstemming met de bedrijfsleiding stel je actiepunten vast en help je bij de aansturing van het traject. Binnen deze opdracht krijg je de vrijheid om eigen ideeën in te brengen en de marktbenadering te versterken. Jouw takenpakket? - Marktonderzoek : Het bezoeken van landelijke dealers om behoeften en knelpunten in de markt nauwkeurig te analyseren. - Strategieontwikkeling: Het omzetten van verzamelde marktinzichten naar een onderbouwd adviesrapport en een vernieuwde aanpak. - Afstemming: Het periodiek overleggen met het management om prioriteiten en vervolgstappen helder vast te stellen. - Coördinatie: Het bewaken en begeleiden van de gekozen vervolgacties binnen de gehele organisatie.
