Bodycote Venlo ist spezialisiert auf die Wärmebehandlung von Metallen und Teilen, einschließlich atmosphärischer Härtung, Niederdruckvergasung und Carbonitrieren. Sie verbessern die Festigkeit, Haltbarkeit und Lebensdauer von Metallbauteilen für Kunden in Branchen wie Automobil, Energie und Allgemeintechnik.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Maschinen-und Anlagenführer/in-Metall(m/w/d) für die Abteilung Vakuum

Aufgabenbeschreibung Bediener Vakuumfunktion:

Vakuumglühen, Aushärten, Entlüften und/oder Tiefkühlen von Produkten

Kernaufgaben:

A: Auspacken von Produkten nach Arbeitsauftrag

• Anzahl der Zählungen

• Entfetten, falls erforderlich

B: Vorbereitung des Ofens

• Produkte in Körbe legen

• Backofen auf die richtige Temperatur einstellen

• Kombination von Ladungen basierend auf der vorgeschriebenen Temperatur; Begrenzung von Wärme-/Energieverlust

• In den Ofen geben

C: Überprüfen

• Monitor zur Prozesskontrolle überwachen

• Messung der Härte während und nach dem Prozess

• Sofortiges Eingreifen bei Abweichungen; falls nötig, sofortige Benachrichtigung des Arbeitsvorbereiters über die Abweichung

• Nach der Bearbeitung den nächsten Prozess in der Reihenfolge der Bearbeitung anwenden

D: Verpackung der Erzeugnisse

• Überprüfen der Produkte auf Schäden

• Verpacken nach eigenem Ermessen mit Verringerung der Gefahr von Schäden

E: Unterstützung der Spedition beim Be- und Entladen sowie bei der Erstellung von Frachtbriefen

F: Kleine Wartungsarbeiten (Schmierung) an einigen Öfen

G: Einhaltung der Sicherheitsvorschriften und aktive Umsetzung der Sicherheitspolitik

H: Sonstige Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Tätigkeit

Verantwortlich:

• Für die ordnungsgemäße und fristgerechte Erledigung der Kernaufgaben

Befugnisse:

• Durchführung der Kernaufgaben

Kenntnisse/Fähigkeiten:

• Berufsausbildung im technischen Bereich

• Erfahrung: 1-2 Jahre

• Gabelstaplerschein

Vergütung & Benefits:

• Bezahlung nach Tarifvertrag

• Schichtzulagen(18%)

• Urlaubsgeld(8%)

• Reisekostenerstattung(0,16€/km)
