Und damit hat er sich auch einen guten Arbeitsplatz verdient. 1 Maschinenbautechniker_in für Montage und Hydraulik Tätigkeitsbereich:

·Aufbau und Montage von Maschinen, Baugruppen und Einzelteilen anhand technischer Unterlagen

·Einbringen von Verbesserungsvorschlägen für Produkte und Arbeitsabläufe

·Anbringen von Schutzverkleidungen und Sicherheitseinrichtungen nach geltenden Vorgaben

·Verlegung sowie Anschluss hydraulischer Rohr- und Schlauchsysteme

·Durchführung von Nacharbeiten, Reparaturen und technischen Anpassungen an Bauteilen

·Kontrolle der Montagequalität mit geeigneten Mess- und Prüfmitteln

·Abstimmung bei technischen Fragestellungen mit Konstruktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung und Führungskräften

·Erfassung von Fehlern, Abweichungen und umgesetzten Maßnahmen im Qualitätssystem

Umsetzung der konzernweit festgelegten Lean-Methoden, wie EPOS oder ELOS

Fachliche Anforderungen:

·Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise in Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbautechnik

·Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik, Hydraulik und Elektrotechnik

·Sicheres Lesen und Anwenden technischer Zeichnungen, Schaltpläne und Schemata

·Praktische Erfahrung in der Verdrahtung und im Anschluss elektrischer Komponenten

·Routiniert im Umgang mit Mess-, Prüf- und Diagnosegeräten

·Grundlegendes Verständnis für Qualitätskontrollen und technische Dokumentationen

Vorhandener Kranschein von Vorteil

Sie bringen handwerkliches Geschick, technisches Interesse und Freude an vielseitigen Aufgaben mit. Auch bei anspruchsvollen Arbeiten handeln Sie umsichtig und stimmen sich zuverlässig mit dem Team ab.
