Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Altmünster suchen wir: 1 Maschinenbediener_in - Einstieg mit Perspektive auf hochautomatisierte Rohrproduktion Ihre Aufgaben

* Eigenverantwortliche Bedienung und Steuerung unserer modernen Industrieanlagen im Bereich Rohrfertigung

* Selbstständiges Rüsten, Einstellen und Optimieren der Produktionsanlagen für einen reibungslosen Ablauf

* Kontinuierliche Überwachung und Steuerung des Produktionsprozesses zur Sicherstellung von Effizienz und Produktivität

* Verantwortung für die Produktqualität - von der ersten Maschineneinstellung bis zum fertigen Endprodukt

* Schrittweise Weiterentwicklung in Richtung hochautomatisierte Anlagenbedienung und Prozessoptimierung

Ihr Profil

* Ausgeprägtes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis

* Idealerweise abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. Metalltechnik, Maschinenbau, Anlagenführung)

* Auch motivierte Quereinsteiger_innen mit technischem Interesse sind herzlich willkommen!

* Erste Erfahrung in der Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen von Vorteil

* Zuverlässige, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung

* Ausgeprägtes Sicherheits- und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten im 3-Schichtbetrieb (ohne Wochenendarbeit) - Führerschein notwendig

* Motivation, sich weiterzuentwickeln und neue Technologien aktiv mitzugestalten

* Entgelt und Benefits: Das Mindestgehalt beträgt für diese Position € 3.200 brutto pro Monat exklusive Schichtzulagen (KV metalltechnische Industrie) für Facharbeiter_innen oder Mitarbeiter_innen mit entsprechenden Vorkenntnissen in der Metallbearbeitung. Eine Überzahlung ist je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung möglich.
