Etablierter Holzverarbeitungsbetrieb mit Sägewerk, Tragwein (Oberösterreich) Unser Partner ist ein etablierter Holzverarbeitungsbetrieb in Tragwein mit insgesamt rund 55 Mitarbeiter:innen, davon ca. 35 bis 40 im Sägewerk. 1 Maschinenbediener_in/Produktionsmitarbeiter_in Holz Gesucht wird ein Maschinenbediener / Produktionsmitarbeiter (w/m/d) mit technischem Verständnis und idealerweise Erfahrung im Holzbereich. Die abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit an mehreren Produktionsanlagen, Job Rotation, Weiterbildung bis zum Werkmeister und ein familiäres Betriebsklima mit hoher Mitarbeiterbindung machen diesen Arbeitgeber besonders attraktiv.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit

* 38,5 Stunden/Woche

* 2-Schichtbetrieb:

** Frühschicht: 06:00-14:00 Uhr

** Spätschicht: 14:00-22:00 Uhr

* Bereitschaft zu Überstunden

* Einmal pro Monat Samstag

* € 3.000 bis € 3.600 brutto/Monat, je nach Qualifikation & Erfahrung

Deine Aufgaben

* Bedienung & Überwachung von 2-3 Produktionsanlagen

* Mitarbeit in unterschiedlichen Produktionsbereichen im Rahmen der Job Rotation

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Wartungs- & Pflegearbeiten an Maschinen

Dein Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Holzbereich (Holz- & Sägetechnik, Tischlerei o. ä.)

* Erfahrung in der Holzindustrie

* Hands-on-Mentalität, handwerkliches Geschick, vertraut mit der Arbeit draußen und an den Maschinen

* Bereitschaft zum 2-Schichtbetrieb und einmal pro Monat Samstag

* Führerschein B
