Für Scheuten Glas in Venlo suchen wir motivierte Maschinenbediener (m/w/d), die das Team verstärken möchten.

Was Sie machen werden:

- Sie sind bereit, je nach Arbeitsangebot flexibel eingesetzt zu werden. - Sie werden zunächst an einer Maschine geschult, sodass Sie innerhalb kurzer Zeit effizient und flexibel auf mehreren Maschinen/Anlagen eingesetzt werden können. - Sie arbeiten in einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem Präzision und Effizienz unerlässlich sind. - Sie bedienen verschiedene Verarbeitungsmaschinen und die Laminierlinie nach den richtigen Verfahren und Vorgaben - Sie überwachen die Produktionsqualität und ergreifen Sie bei Abweichungen rechtzeitig Maßnahmen - Einrichten und Einstellen der Maschinen. - Durchführung von (kleineren) vorbeugenden Wartungsarbeiten an Maschinen, um Ausfallzeiten zu minimieren - Sie arbeiten mit Kollegen und Teamleitern zusammen, um Produktionsziele zu erreichen - Sie sorgen für eine saubere und sichere Arbeitsumgebung - Sie arbeiten Vollzeit (fulltime) , durchschnittlich 38 Stunden. - Von Montag bis Freitag im 3-Schichtbetrieb.

Voraussetzungen:

- Eine abgeschlossene einschlägige technische Ausbildung (z.B. Industriemechanik, Mechatronik). - Technische Affinität und vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Maschinenbedienung. - Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb - Genauigkeit und Auge fürs Detail - Teamplayer mit guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten. - Flexibel und stressresistent.

Unsere niederländische Niederlassung in Venlo befindet sich direkt an der Autobahn A67 (Duisburg – Eindhoven).
