Aufgrund der hohen Auslastung im Bereich Security suchen wir Verstärkung im Bereich der Fadenschneide- und Rollenschneideanlage für den 4-Schicht-Betrieb. Der Einstieg erfolgt als Leihmitarbeiter, nach 6-9 Monaten ist eine Übernahme in ein fixes Dienstverhältnis geplant. 1 Maschinenführer Bereich Security (all genders)

4-Schicht-Betrieb

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Selbstständige, eigenverantwortliche Anlagenbedienung

* Umsetzung der schriftlichen Arbeitsanweisungen

* Qualitätskontrolle der Materialien

* Pflege und Wartung der Anlagen, mithilfe sämtlicher Hilfsmittel und Werkzeuge

* Einhaltung der Vorschriften bezüglich Arbeitssicherheit und Hygiene

Ihre Ausbildung/Kenntnisse:

Sie haben umfassende Erfahrung im Bedienen von Maschinen oder in einem anderen technischen Beruf und entsprechende Deutsch-Kenntnisse? Perfekt! Idealerweise bringen Sie eine abgeschlossene technische Lehre mit, ist aber kein Muss. Sie sind technikinteressiert und arbeiten gewissenhaft und selbstständig. Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit wird bei uns groß geschrieben - daher freuen wir uns, wenn diese Eigenschaften auch Sie auszeichnen. Die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit wird vorausgesetzt.

Als zuverlässiger Arbeitgeber in Ihrer Region bieten wir Ihnen für diese interessante Herausforderung ein Monatsbruttogehalt ab rund EUR 3.000,-- zuzgl. Referenzzuschlag und Schichtzulagen, abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft der angemessenen Überzahlung.

Die Arbeitszeit im 4-Schichtmodell beginnt am Sonntag um 22:00 Uhr und endet am Samstag, 19:00 Uhr. Die Nachtschichten finden jede 2. Woche an 3 aufeinanderfolgenden Tagen statt. Die durchschnittliche Arbeitszeit beträgt in diesem Modell 33,6 Wochenstunden, die Entlohnung erfolgt gemäß unserer Betriebsvereinbarung inkl. der Zulagen auf Basis Vollzeit.
