Start: ca. KW 38/2026

Befristung: bis Ende KW 6/2027

Verlängerung: bei entsprechender Leistung und bestehendem Bedarf möglich

Für unsere Haltbarmilchabteilung suchen wir ab ca. KW 38/2026 eine engagierte Aushilfe mit Potential zur Entwicklung zum Maschinenführer (m/w/d).

In dieser Position unterstützt du unser Produktionsteam bei der Herstellung und Abfüllung unserer Produkte und übernimmst nach entsprechender Einschulung zunehmend Verantwortung für die Bedienung und Überwachung unserer modernen Abfüllanlagen.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung eines ordnungsgemäßen und effizienten Abfüllprozesses von SIG Combibloc-Packungen oder Kaffeeobers-Portionen

* Bedienung, Steuerung, Überwachung und Bestückung moderner Abfüllanlagen

* Durchführung qualitätssichernder Maßnahmen, insbesondere Prüfung von Verpackungsmaterialien sowie Endproduktkontrollen wie Dichtheits- und Gewichtskontrollen

* Unterstützung bei der Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Störungen an den Produktionsanlagen

* Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten nach festgelegten Vorgaben

* Dokumentation relevanter Produktionsparameter anhand standardisierter Formulare

* Fachliche Anleitung und Koordination eines zugewiesenen Produktionshelfers

* Mitwirkung bei der Materialbeschaffung sowie bei der sachgerechten Einlagerung von Roh-, Hilfs- und Betriebsstoffen

Das bringst du mit:

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Produktionsanlagen

* Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb und insbesondere zu verstärkter Wochenendarbeit

* Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an einer Weiterentwicklung zum Maschinenführer

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit im Team

* Erste Erfahrung in der Produktion bzw. im Umgang mit Maschinen ist von Vorteil, aber keine zwingende Voraussetzung
