Die Strommer Personal GmbH sucht für einen renommierten Produktionsbetrieb in Enns engagierte und technisch versierte Maschinenführer (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung des Produktionsteams. 1 Maschinenführer (m/w/d) - 2-Schichtbetrieb Ihre Aufgaben

* Selbstständiges Bedienen und Überwachen von Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen

* Einrichten, Einstellen und Umrüsten der Maschinen

* Überwachung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Kontrolle der Produktqualität und Produktionsprozesse

* Erkennen und Beheben kleinerer Maschinenstörungen

* Durchführung einfacher Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten

* Dokumentation relevanter Produktionsdaten

* Einhaltung der Sicherheits- und Qualitätsstandards

* Sicherstellung von Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung als Maschinenführer oder Anlagenbediener von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schichtbetrieb (Früh- und Nachmittagsschicht)

* Führerschein Klasse B und eigener PKW erforderlich

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Zuverlässigkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität

* Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Verantwortung im Produktionsablauf
