Als Masseur:in sorgst du mit deinem Können und deiner Empathie für wohltuende Momente und echte Entspannung. Du betreust unsere Gäste individuell und professionell - von der Begrüßung bis zur Nachruhe - und schaffst mit deinem Einfühlungsvermögen und deiner Fachkompetenz besondere Erlebnisse, die in Erinnerung bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Mitverantwortung für das Wohlbefinden der Gäste - professionell, achtsam und serviceorientiert;

* Gäste empfangen & betreuen - du bist die erste Ansprechperson im Spa-Bereich, sorgst für einen herzlichen Empfang und eine entspannte Atmosphäre;

* Durchführen von Massagen & Anwendungen - fachkundig, individuell abgestimmt und mit höchstem Qualitätsanspruch;

* Beratung zu Behandlungen & Produkten - kompetent, empathisch und mit Gespür für die Bedürfnisse der Gäste;

* Sicherstellen eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Spa - strukturiert, effizient und mit Blick für Details;

* Zusammenarbeit mit Rezeption & Housekeeping - für einen harmonischen Ablauf und ein rundum gelungenes Gästeerlebnis;

* Gastgeber:in sein & mit Persönlichkeit begeistern - du lebst Entspannung und schaffst besondere Wohlfühlmomente.

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Masseur:in (m/w/d);

* Freundliches, gepflegtes und serviceorientiertes Auftreten;

* Diskretion und Einfühlungsvermögen im Umgang mit Gästen;

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse;

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten (auch an Wochenenden und Feiertagen);

* Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise;

* Kenntnisse in Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards.

Neben all den Annehmlichkeiten zählt natürlich auch das Gehalt - richtig? Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen sind wir an dieser Stelle verpflichtet den vorgeschriebenen Bruttomonatslohn nach Kollektivvertrag für Arbeiter:innen im Gastgewerbe EUR 2.237,00 brutto (bei Einstufung in Lohngruppe 3) auf Basis Vollzeit anzuführen. Was Du schlussendlich bei uns verdienst, würden wir gerne in Hinblick auf Dein Know-How und Deines Einsatzes mit Dir persönlich besprechen.

Hinweis: Wir bitten um Verständnis, dass wir Vorstellungskosten nicht übernehmen. Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Masseur:in (m/w/d) beträgt 2.237,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
