Als Masterdata Beheerder zorg je voor betrouwbare productiedata in het ERP-systeem en ondersteun je verschillende afdelingen met analyses en verbeteringen. Een verantwoordelijke functie binnen een groeiende voedingsproducent in Sint-Niklaas.

De functie inhoud Wat je gaat doen als Masterdata Beheerder:

  • Masterdata binnen het ERP-systeem beheren, onderhouden en continu optimaliseren.
  • BOM-lijsten, productieflows, recepturen, kostprijzen en artikeldata correct verwerken en actueel houden.
  • De kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van masterdata bewaken zodat productie en andere afdelingen met correcte gegevens kunnen werken.
  • Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt bij functionele problemen en vragen rond masterdata.
  • Productieplanning, aankoop, kwaliteit, management en directie ondersteunen bij datagerelateerde vraagstukken.
  • Power BI-rapporten analyseren en relevante inzichten vertalen naar bruikbare informatie voor de organisatie.
  • Data inzetten om het management en verschillende departementen te ondersteunen bij beslissingen.
  • Bestaande processen kritisch bekijken en verbeterpunten signaleren.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij nieuwe ERP-projecten en systeemupdates.
  • Actief meewerken aan procesverbeteringen en een efficiënter gebruik van het ERP-systeem.
  • Andere gebruikers opleiden en ondersteunen zodat zij het systeem correct en efficiënt gebruiken.
  • Zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen op basis van de noden vanuit de business.

Naast eigen productie beschikt de organisatie over een brede distributieactiviteit binnen de voedingssector. Kwaliteit, betrouwbare dienstverlening en duurzaam ondernemen staan centraal, met bijzondere aandacht voor gezondheid, dierenwelzijn en milieu. Wie jij bent als Masterdata Beheerder:

  • Master werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur binnen supply chain, IT, bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante richting.
  • Ervaring als masterdata beheerder is belangrijk voor deze functie.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur in de voedingssector, is een sterke troef.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen en inzicht in de manier waarop data verschillende bedrijfsprocessen beïnvloedt.
  • Vertrouwd met productiedata zoals BOM-lijsten, recepturen, artikeldata, kostprijzen en productieflows.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om grote hoeveelheden informatie gestructureerd te verwerken.
  • Ervaring met Power BI of een sterke affiniteit met rapportering en data-analyse.
  • Nauwkeurig werken en veel belang hechten aan correcte en betrouwbare data.
  • Procesgericht denken en verbanden kunnen leggen tussen verschillende afdelingen en bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Proactief verbeteringen signaleren en initiatief nemen om deze verder uit te werken.
  • Communicatief sterk en gemakkelijk kunnen schakelen met zowel operationele collega's als management.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en prioriteiten bepalen vanuit de behoeften van de organisatie.
