Materiaal Planner - Bree

Ben jij een nauwkeurige en betrokken planner die graag de regie neemt over logistieke stromen? Voor onze klant in Bree zoeken we een Materiaal Planner voor een voltijdse functie. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de materiaalplanning binnen projecten met tentconstructies. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen op het juiste moment en op de juiste plek aanwezig zijn, zodat projecten soepel kunnen verlopen. Je werkt in een hecht team en krijgt de ruimte om je logistieke inzicht in te zetten en verder te ontwikkelen.

  • Wil je de planning van materialen voor (inter)nationale projecten beheren?
  • Werk je graag samen met een transportplanner om leveringen en routes op elkaar af te stemmen?
  • Kun je effectief schakelen met sales, operatie en (interne) klanten?

In deze functie ga je:

  • Bepalen welke materialen wanneer en in welke aantallen nodig zijn voor nationale en internationale projecten.
  • Afstemmen met de transportplanner om materiaalbeschikbaarheid en transportcapaciteit op elkaar te laten aansluiten.
  • Contacten onderhouden met sales, operationele teams en (interne) klanten om levertijden en prioriteiten af te stemmen.
  • Operationele en administratieve knelpunten signaleren en oplossen in samenwerking met het Contract Office.
  • Gegevens bijhouden in MS Office en SAP zodat zowel de fysieke als administratieve materiaalstromen actueel blijven.
  • De voortgang van de planning monitoren en afwijkingen rapporteren aan de Logistics Manager.
  • Werken volgens geldende ISO-standaarden en aandragen van verbeteringen voor processen en procedures.
  • Diverse administratieve werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van de planning uitvoeren.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze rol, is het belangrijk dat je bij voorkeur een bachelor of gelijkwaardige ervaring hebt, aantoonbaar via werkervaring. Goede beheersing van MS Office is vereist; ervaring met SAP is een pré. Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.

  • Affiniteit met IT-systemen en een scherp oog voor detail.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden richting collega’s, interne klanten en leveranciers.
  • Een analytische, proceduregerichte en nauwkeurige werkwijze.
  • Een teamspeler die stressbestendig, assertief en flexibel is bij last-minute wijzigingen.
  • Betrokken, gedreven en klantgericht.
