Als Materiaal & Productie Planner zorg jij voor een optimale balans tussen materiaalbeschikbaarheid, capaciteit en productieplanning. Onze opdrachtgever is gevestigd in Ruurlo en actief binnen de internationale hightech maakindustrie. Vanuit deze locatie wordt gewerkt aan hoogwaardige technologie voor het meten en regelen van gas- en vloeistofstromen, met toepassingen binnen onder andere laboratoria, machinebouw en industrie. Dit bedrijf combineert technologische expertise met voortdurende innovatie en een sterke focus op kwaliteit. Internationale groei vraagt om betrouwbare processen, slimme oplossingen en goede samenwerking tussen verschillende disciplines. Binnen de organisatie werken professionals nauw samen om complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in praktische en toekomstgerichte oplossingen. Daarbij is ruimte voor ontwikkeling, eigen initiatief en het continu verbeteren van processen. Wat ga je doen? - Als Material & Production Planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning en beschikbaarheid van materialen en capaciteit binnen één of meerdere productiegroepen. Forecasts vertaal je naar een haalbare materiaal- en capaciteitsplanning. Daarbij worden planningen continu getoetst aan de beschikbare capaciteit en materialen. - Risico's in materiaalbeschikbaarheid of capaciteit worden tijdig gesignaleerd. Afstemming vindt plaats met productie, inkoop, magazijn en leveranciers. Binnen het productieteam fungeer je als verbindende schakel en zorg je dat betrokken partijen over de juiste informatie beschikken. - Ook materiaalprognoses en capaciteitsnormen houd je nauwlettend in de gaten.
