Als materiaalmeester beheer je het materiaal en het machinepark van onze natuurploegen in Geraardsbergen.

KiemKracht is een sociale duurzame onderneming, een maatwerkbedrijf. Samen met 600 collega’s werken we aan natuurprojecten of in onze kringwinkels, de wasserij, het naaiatelier, KaffeeSocial, inboedelservice, … op verschillende locaties.

Hoe ziet jouw week eruit?

Je bent een doener, die technisch geschoold is om eenvoudige herstellingen te doen aan tuinmachines. (haagschaar, bosmaaier, onkruidbrander, kettingzaag,…) Krijg je iets zelf niet hersteld, dan plan je de herstellingen in bij externe leveranciers en herstellers. Daarnaast leer je onze medewerkers respectvol en veilig omgaan met duurzaam en kwalitatief werkmateriaal.

Je werkt nauw samen met het afdelingshoofd van onze natuurafdeling in Hamme. Je werkt zelfstandig en autonoom maar kunt steeds op hem terugvallen voor overleg.
