Ben jij een echte planner die ervoor kan zorgen dat er altijd genoeg materiaal is? Konvert zoekt voor een klant in Kaulille naar een material planner om ervoor te zorgen dat de productie nooit stil komt te liggen. Binnen de productieomgeving ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een ononderbroken aanvoer van grondstoffen en verpakkingscomponenten. Dankzij jouw inzicht in planning, voorraadbeheer en leveranciersafspraken verloopt het productieproces zonder onnodige stilstanden. Je vormt de verbindende factor tussen verschillende interne diensten en externe partners en zorgt ervoor dat materiaalstromen optimaal georganiseerd zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Je analyseert de productiebehoeften en vertaalt deze naar een efficiënte bevoorradingsplanning.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat grondstoffen, hulpstoffen en verpakkingsmaterialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor de geplande productieactiviteiten.
  • Je houdt toezicht op stockniveaus en neemt proactief maatregelen om zowel tekorten als overtollige voorraden te vermijden.
  • Je controleert lopende leveringen en onderhoudt contact met leveranciers om een correcte en tijdige aanvoer te waarborgen.
  • Je detecteert mogelijke risico's binnen de supply chain en werkt passende oplossingen uit om de impact op de operatie te beperken.
  • Je stemt regelmatig af met productie, logistiek, aankoop en magazijn om een optimale goederenstroom te garanderen.
  • Je verwerkt en actualiseert plannings- en voorraadgegevens in de gebruikte softwaresystemen.
  • Je onderzoekt afwijkingen binnen voorraad- en bevoorradingsprocessen en formuleert voorstellen om de werking efficiënter te maken.
  • Je beschikt over een bacheloropleiding of hebt een vergelijkbaar niveau opgebouwd dankzij relevante praktijkervaring.
  • Je hebt ervaring binnen supply chain, productieplanning, voorraadbeheer of logistieke coördinatie.
  • Je begrijpt hoe bevoorrading, productiecapaciteit en voorraadbeheer elkaar beïnvloeden.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en weet prioriteiten correct te stellen in een dynamische productieomgeving.
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren van gegevens en gebruikt deze inzichten om doordachte beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, denkt oplossingsgericht en handelt proactief bij onverwachte situaties.
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega's, leveranciers en andere stakeholders.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met Excel en ERP-toepassingen, ervaring met plannings- of forecastingtools vormt een meerwaarde.
  • Je functioneert zelfstandig, maar draagt ook actief bij aan een sterke teamsamenwerking.
  • Ervaring binnen een industriële productieomgeving is een pluspunt.
