Voor een internationale en innovatieve productieomgeving in regio Waregem is werving- en selectiekantoor Hays op zoek naar een Material Planner / Technisch Aankoper.

Jouw nieuwe functie

Als Material Planner / Technisch Aankoper zorg je ervoor dat de juiste materialen beschikbaar zijn op het juiste moment, zodat de productie vlot kan blijven draaien. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen aankoop, voorraadbeheer, magazijn en productieplanning.

Je analyseert dagelijks de output van het ERP-systeem en beoordeelt kritisch welke materialen moeten worden aangekocht. Hierbij werk je met uiteenlopende productgroepen zoals grondstoffen, mechanische onderdelen, elektrische componenten en elektronische componenten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Dagelijks opvolgen en analyseren van MRP-voorstellen en aankoopbehoeften
  • Aankopen van materialen en componenten op basis van productiebehoeften
  • Bewaken van optimale voorraadniveaus
  • Afstemmen met interne stakeholders over materiaalbeschikbaarheid en planning
  • Signaleren van risico's binnen de supply chain en tijdig bijsturen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen material planning en MRP-processen
  • Bijdragen aan kostenoptimalisatie zonder de continuïteit van de productie in gevaar te brengen
  • Zorgen voor een evenwicht tussen leverbetrouwbaarheid en voorraadwaarde

Jouw profiel

  • Je hebt minimaal een Bachelordiploma
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen aankoop, material planning, supply chain of voorraadbeheer
  • Je hebt een sterke kennis van technische producten en componenten
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands en Engels
  • IT-kennis: Je hebt ervaring met een ERP-systeem
