Functieomschrijving

Voor een project in een farmaceutische productieomgeving in Geel zoeken we een Material Qualification Engineer. In deze opdracht versterk je tijdelijk het team dat instaat voor het beheer van de levenscyclus van materialen. Je draagt bij aan de onboarding, compliance en optimalisatie van materialen en diensten.

Deze functie combineert data-analyse, stakeholdermanagement en procesverbetering. Je werkt met een grote mate van autonomie en levert een directe bijdrage aan kwaliteit, leveringscontinuïteit en kostenbeheersing. Met je analytische aanpak en heldere communicatie vertaal je operationele uitdagingen naar duurzame oplossingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Nieuwe materialen en diensten onboarden en bestaande items opvolgen en onderhouden
  • Compliance checks uitvoeren bij wijzigingen aan leveranciers
  • Kwaliteits- en procesverbeteringen identificeren binnen een GMP-omgeving
  • Oplossingen uitwerken voor supply continuity en alternatieve materialen
  • Processen en rapportering optimaliseren met Excel en Power BI
  • Kostenstructuren analyseren en verbetervoorstellen formuleren
  • Change controls en transferprojecten ondersteunen
  • Samenwerken met verschillende stakeholders om kwalificatie- en wijzigingstrajecten vlot te laten verlopen

Je werkt graag zelfstandig en behoudt het overzicht wanneer meerdere prioriteiten samenkomen. Je stelt kritische vragen, neemt initiatief en communiceert vlot met uiteenlopende stakeholders. Je voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar verandering, kwaliteit en samenwerking centraal staan.

Hard skills

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring binnen pharma of life sciences
  • Kennis van GMP en kwaliteitssystemen in productieomgevingen
  • Sterke kennis van Excel en ervaring met Power BI
  • Ervaring met qualification-activiteiten of materiaalgerelateerde kwalificatieprocessen
  • Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
