Voor een industriële site in Lommel zijn wij op zoek naar een Material Storage Officer. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het magazijn met onderhouds- en verpakkingsmaterialen (MRO). Je zorgt voor een efficiënt voorraadbeheer, een hoge beschikbaarheid van materialen en een vlotte coördinatie met onderhouds-, inkoop- en productieteams. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Material Storage Officer sta je in voor het dagelijkse beheer van het magazijn en ondersteun je de productie en het onderhoud door het beschikbaar houden van materialen en reserveonderdelen. Jouw taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Ontvangst, inspectie, opslag en uitgifte van MRO- en verpakkingsmaterialen volgens veiligheids- en kwaliteitsprocedures.
  • Handhaven van nauwkeurige voorraadniveaus en afstemmen met inkoop om tekorten of veroudering te voorkomen.
  • Monitoren van voorraadniveaus van kritieke reserveonderdelen en tijdig voorbereiden voor preventief en spoedeisend onderhoud.
  • Registreren van voorraadgegevens en rapporteren over voorraadnauwkeurigheid, servicegraad en doorlooptijd van aanvragen.
  • Uitvoeren van cyclus tellingen en fysieke voorraadcontroles.
  • Voorstellen doen voor verbetering van magazijnlay-out, opslagsystemen en materiaalstromen.
  • Naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften voor opslag van gevaarlijke en kritieke materialen, inclusief PBM's, smeermiddelen en gereedschappen.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring heeft in technisch magazijnbeheer of beheer van reserveonderdelen, bij voorkeur in een continue of 24/7 productieomgeving.
  • Bekend is met mechanische en elektrische onderdelen (MRO-categorieën).
  • Ervaring heeft met SAP S/4 HANA en Osapiens, of bereid is dit te leren.
  • Een geldig heftruckcertificaat heeft of bereid is dit te behalen.
  • Zeer goed Nederlands en Engels spreekt.
  • Kennis heeft van ISO-normen en veiligheidsvoorschriften voor industriële opslag.
  • Gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en proactief kan werken.
