Beschäftigungsausmaß:

Vollzeit, 38,5 Wochenstunden

Ihre Aufgaben:

º Sicherstellung der operativen Beschaffungsplanung im ERP-System sowie Klärung von Abweichungen bei Auftragsbestätigungen

º Prüfung frühestmöglicher Liefertermine für Zukaufkomponenten zur Sicherstellung einer zuverlässigen Materialversorgung

º Eigenverantwortliche Koordination und Problemlösung bei Lieferverzögerungen einschließlich Eskalationsgesprächen mit Lieferanten

º Einbindung des Einkaufs bei komplexen Eskalationen sowie konsequente Nachverfolgung vereinbarter Maßnahmen

º Terminliche Ein- und Auslaufsteuerung bei technischen Änderungen in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten

º Überwachung der Lieferperformance und Vereinbarung entsprechender Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

º Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferantenqualität, Einkauf und Produktionsplanung

Ihr Profil:

º Berufserfahrung in Materialsteuerung, Disposition, Einkauf, Logistik oder Supply-Chain-Management von Vorteil

º Kenntnisse in Materialdisposition und Materialwirtschaft

º Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise im Umgang mit Zahlen, Daten und Informationen

º Gute Selbstorganisation und Koordinationsfähigkeit

º Kommunikationsstärke im Austausch mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen

º Konsequenz und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit bei der Nachverfolgung von Lieferterminen und Maßnahmen

º Lösungsorientierung, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

º Offenheit und Lernbereitschaft im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen, Excel, Power BI und KI-gestützten Anwendungen

º Gute Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit internationalen Lieferanten

Entlohnung:

Das Mindestgehalt richtet sich nach dem Kollektivvertrag der metalltechnischen Industrie und entspricht der Beschäftigungsgruppe E. Abhängig von der individuellen Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung. Weitere Einzelheiten werden gerne in einem persönlichen Gespräch erläutert.
