The posting

Je komt terecht bij een internationale productieomgeving in Oostkamp waar ongeveer 700 medewerkers elektromechanische componenten voor de automobielsector ontwikkelen en produceren.

Binnen het team krijg je een grondige opleiding en word je begeleid door ervaren collega's. Veiligheid krijgt veel aandacht en wordt van bij de start meegenomen in je opleiding. Naarmate je ervaring opbouwt, krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid en mogelijkheden om door te groeien.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je onderhoudt en herstelt spuitgietmatrijzen.
  • Je bouwt matrijzen om naar een andere codering.
  • Je optimaliseert matrijzen zodat de productie vlot en kwalitatief kan blijven draaien.
  • Je bereidt onderdelen voor en bepaalt welke bewerkingen nodig zijn.
  • Je maakt bewerkingsstappenplannen en geeft opdrachten door aan de toolshop.
  • Je analyseert technische problemen en zoekt naar een logische oplossing.
  • Je ondersteunt de productie wanneer er technische problemen met matrijzen ontstaan.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw kennis en uitgevoerde acties goed worden overgedragen aan collega's.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig volgens de geldende veiligheidsprocedures.

Veel van je werk vraagt concentratie en precisie. Je werkt regelmatig zelfstandig aan de matrijzen en moet daarbij scherp blijven voor kleine afwijkingen.

  • Je hebt een technisch A2-diploma, bijvoorbeeld in mechanische vormgeving, matrijstechnieken of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Relevante ervaring kan je opleiding compenseren.
  • Je hebt sterk technisch inzicht en wil begrijpen hoe dingen mechanisch in elkaar zitten.
  • Je werkt graag fijn en nauwkeurig en hebt veel geduld.
  • Je kan technische tekeningen lezen of wil dit verder aanleren.
  • Je denkt vooruit en probeert problemen te voorkomen voor ze zich voordoen.
  • Je kan langere tijd geconcentreerd en zelfstandig werken.
  • Je functioneert ook goed binnen een team en communiceert vlot met collega's.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands, zodat je de intensieve opleiding en technische instructies goed kan volgen.
  • Ervaring met matrijsonderhoud of matrijsbouw is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt een sterke focus op veiligheid en werkt procedures nauwgezet.
