Als Matrijscorrector ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden, controleren en optimaliseren van de matrijzen die gebruikt worden in het productieproces.

Dankzij jouw precisiewerk worden metalen profielen foutloos en efficiënt geproduceerd. Je werkt in dagdienst en vormt een belangrijke schakel tussen onderhoud en productie.

Jouw taken bestaan uit:

  • Polieren van matrijzen, zowel genitreerde als nieuwe afgewerkte matrijzen.
  • Uitvoeren van fijnmechanische werkzaamheden, waaronder frezen, lassen en slijpen van werkstukken.
  • Controleren van matrijzen op slijtage, vervormingen, onzuiverheden of technische problemen.
  • Je verdiept je in de opbouw en werking van matrijzen aan de hand van technische plannen.
  • Opvolgen van proefpersingen en uitvoeren van interventies bij storingen of onderbrekingen.
  • Up-to-date houden van de matrijsstatus in de database en correct documenteren van verrichte werkzaamheden.
  • Gereedmaken en verzendklaar maken van matrijzen die retour moeten.

Je bent iemand die graag nauwkeurig werkt en voldoening haalt uit technisch detailwerk.

Wat we van jou verwachten:

  • Een technische opleiding, bij voorkeur richting vormgevingstechnieken, matrijzenbouw of metaalbewerking, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je bent probleemoplossend, werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en resultaatgericht.
  • Je werkt volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkprocedures.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands om plannen, instructies en database‑info correct te begrijpen
