FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Als Matrijstechnieker ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud, de herstelling en de optimalisatie van matrijzen. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze in perfecte staat blijven zodat het productieproces efficiënt en zonder onderbrekingen kan verlopen. Dankzij jouw technische kennis analyseer je storingen, voer je verbeteringen door en draag je bij aan een kwalitatieve productie.

PROFIEL Je hebt een sterke technische interesse en affiniteit met mechanica. Je werkt nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en hebt oog voor kwaliteit. Ervaring met het onderhoud, de herstelling of het afstellen van matrijzen is een troef, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk. Daarnaast ben je een teamspeler die verantwoordelijkheid neemt en veiligheid hoog in het vaandel draagt.
