Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement zoeken we een matrijzentechnieker in 2 ploegen voor een direct vast contract bij een internationale topspeler in kabelsystemen.

Vanuit onze afdeling Permanent Placement bieden wij jou een onmiddellijk vast contract bij een wereldspeler die toonaangevend is in hoogspanningskabels. Als matrijzentechnieker ben jij de onmisbare schakel in onze productieketen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de precisie-instrumenten die onze kabelsystemen vormgeven. Je krijgt de kans om je volledig te verdiepen in matrijsbouw en onderhoud binnen een stabiel 2-ploegensysteem, waar kwaliteit en technische diepgang belangrijker zijn dan bandwerk.

  • Je beschikt over een technisch diploma en hebt relevante ervaring in de wereld van matrijsbouw of gereedschapsmakerij.
  • Je combineert een scherp technisch inzicht met een hands-on mentaliteit en voelt je thuis in een warme productieomgeving.
  • Je werkt uiterst nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands.
  • Je kiest bewust voor de stabiliteit van een 2-ploegensysteem (vroege/late) in een filevrije omgeving.
  • Ontwerpen, construeren en met uiterste precisie bewerken van hoogwaardige matrijzen voor de productie van kabeltoebehoren.
  • Beheren van het matrijzenpark door zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud uit te voeren, zodat de productie nooit stilvalt.
  • Analyseren van slijtagepatronen en storingen om structurele en duurzame verbeteringen aan de matrijsontwerpen te implementeren.
  • Uitvoeren van nauwgezette kwaliteitscontroles op alle vervaardigde componenten en matrijzen.
  • Actief meedenken over procesoptimalisatie om de technische levensduur en efficientie van onze gereedschappen te verhogen.
