Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar een matrijzenwisselaar in 2 ploegen of nacht:

Als matrijzenwisselaar sta je in voor volgende zaken: preventief onderhoud, mechanische herstellingen van productiemachines, storingen opzoeken en verhelpen vervangen van onderdelen. Je ondersteunt de technische dienst in het beheer en het herstellen van de randapparatuur, de bekabeling, etc. in productie. Daarnaast ben je all-round inzetbaar voor verschillende technische taken, vooral mechanisch, maar kennis van elektriciteit is een groot pluspunt.

Je takenpakket als matrijzenwisselaar:

  • Je voert verschillende randtaken uit ter ondersteuning van het technisch team in productie. Dit zijn zowel elektrische als mechanische herstellingen/onderhouden/…
  • Je staat in voor het onderhoud van het machinepark, in nauwe samenwerking met andere collega’s.
  • Je staat in voor het beheer en herstellen van randapparatuur: de basis herstellingen kan je zelf uitvoeren;
  • Je staat in voor het onderhouden en herstellen van de bekabeling van het machinepark.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van inkomende leveringen van oa machineonderdelen.
  • Je wordt betrokken in verschillende optimalisatieprojecten binnen ons productieproces.

De functie als matrijswisselaar wordt uitgevoerd in 2-ploegen of nacht.

  • VM: 5u - 13u
  • NM: 13u - 21u
  • Nacht: 21u - 5u

  • Je hebt een technische bacheloropleiding achter de rug in elektromechanica of je hebt een A2-diploma mechanische vormgeving op zak
  • Je bent nauwkeurig in het oplossen van technische problemen en storingen
  • Je neemt initiatief, houdt ervan om dagelijks bij te leren en streeft naar kwaliteit
  • Je spreekt uitstekend Nederlands of Engels om vlot met je collega's te kunnen communiceren
  • Je werkt ofwel in 2 ploegen OF in vaste nacht
