Voor onze Matador 3 zoeken wij een gemotiveerde Matroos die toe is aan uitdagende projecten binnen onze afdeling Heavy Lift, Salvage & Transport. De Matador 3 wordt ingezet bij complexe hijs- en transportprojecten en ondersteunende werkzaamheden bij maritieme operaties. Binnen deze projecten staan veiligheid, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment werk je mee aan indrukwekkende hijsoperaties en het andere moment ondersteun je bij transporten. Als Matroos ben je een onmisbare schakel aan boord en werk je nauw samen met de Kapitein, Stuurman en andere bemanningsleden. Je levert een actieve bijdrage aan het veilig en correct uitvoeren van projecten en bent de ogen en oren op het dek. Vereisten Taken en verantwoordelijkheden: - Assisteren bij hijs- en transportoperaties - Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van de werkzaamheden tijdens projecten - Begeleiden van lasten - Zorgdragen voor het veilig koppelen, positioneren en verplaatsen van materieel - Uitvoeren van onderhoud aan dek en materieel - Actief bijdragen aan veilige werkomgeving en het naleven van procedures - Samenwerken met bemanning en andere collega's binnen het projectteam Jij hebt/ bent: - Minimaal 18 jaar oud - In het bezit van een dienstboekje binnenvaart - Bij voorkeur een matroosdiploma - Geldig VCA-certificaat of bereid deze te behalen - Bereidheid om aanvullende opleidingen te volgen - Praktisch ingesteld en een echte aanpakker - Je voelt je comfortabel op het wat...
