Die Justiz beabsichtigt die Aufnahme von Maturantinnen und Maturanten, welche für eine Ausbildung zur Diplomrechtspflegerin bzw. zum Diplomrechtspfleger vorgesehen sind.

Als Diplomrechtspfleger:in sind Sie als Rechtsprechungsorgan tätig und treffen eigenverantwortlich Entscheidungen. Nach Aufnahme in den Justizdienst als Vertragsbedienstete:r des Gehobenen Dienstes und Beendigung der Grundausbildung erhalten Sie eine intensive, dreijährige Ausbildung in zumindest einem von vier möglichen Arbeitsgebieten:

* Zivilprozess-, Exekutions- und Insolvenzsachen

* Außerstreitsachen (Unterhalt, Verlassenschaft, etc.)

* Grundbuchs- und Schiffsregistersachen

* Firmenbuchsachen

Die Dienstverhältnisse werden vorerst auf bestimmte Zeit eingegangen.

Das Monatsentgelt beträgt mindestens EUR 2.882,00 brutto (14x jährlich). Es erhöht sich auf Basis der gesetzlichen Vorschriften durch anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten sowie sonstige allfällige mit den Besonderheiten des Arbeitsplatzes verbundene Entlohnungsbestandteile. 2 Maturantinnen und Maturanten für eine Ausbildung zur Diplomrechtspflegerin bzw. zum Diplomrechtspfleger
