The posting

Ein traditionsreicher, stark regional verwurzelter Baubetrieb, der bereits in der 8. Generation geführt wird und seit rund 170 Jahren besteht, sucht einen Maurer bzw. Hochbauer (m/w/d) für die Standorte Pinsdorf oder Bad Goisern am Hallstättersee. 1 Maurer / Hochbauer (m/w/d) Arbeitszeit:

* Vollzeit, 40 Std./Woche

* Kurz/Lang Woche mit jedem zweiten Freitag frei

* Arbeitsbeginn grundsätzlich ca. 07:00 Uhr, kein klassischer Schichtbetrieb

Start: ab sofort bzw. nach Vereinbarung

Deine Aufgaben

* Klassische Maurer- und Hochbauarbeiten bei Einfamilienhäusern, Wohnanlagen und größeren Hochbauprojekten

* Je nach Erfahrung Einsatz bei anspruchsvolleren Bauprojekten

* Möglichkeit zur Mitarbeit im Ingenieurbau (z. B. Brücken, Kläranlagen, Hochbehälter)

* Je nach Interesse und Eignung Spezialisierung (z. B. Spezialgeräte, Betonschneidarbeiten)

Dein Profil

* Deutschkenntnisse zur Verständigung mit Kund_innen und Kolleg_innen, sowie zum Verständnis der Arbeitsaufgaben

* Ageschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer_in, alternativ als Hochbauer_in oder einschlägige praktische Erfahrung im Hochbau ohne formale Ausbildung

* Solide praktische Kenntnisse im Hochbau

* Erfahrung im Ingenieurbau (z. B. Brücken, Kläranlagen, Hochbehälter) von Vorteil

* Interesse an Spezialisierung (z. B. Spezialgeräte, Betonschneidarbeiten) von Vorteil

Das bekommst du

* Vergütung nach Kollektivvertrag, bei guten Facharbeitern Überzahlung von rund € 2 bis 3 pro Stunde über dem KV branchenüblich möglich

* Jeder zweite Freitag frei: Kurz/Lang Woche mit regelmäßig verlängertem Wochenende
