De ontmoeting staat centraal. Maar je verliest daarbij nooit je deskundigheid uit het oog. Genoeg uitdaging dus en mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen. Dit ga je doen + Als mbo-groepsbegeleider draag je met een collega zorg voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de groep. Je leidt groepsgesprekken, organiseert activiteiten met de patiënten, verricht observaties, voert waar nodig individuele gesprekken. Daarbij draag je zorg voor een heldere verslaglegging en terugkoppeling. In deze functie draag je bij aan herstel, aan een goede groepsdynamiek en aan het versterken van zelfstandigheid en maatschappelijke participatie. Daarbij houd je de behandeldoelen van de patiënten voor ogen en ben je verantwoordelijk voor een veilige sfeer in de groep. Je durft interventies uit te voeren waarbij je nauw overleg hebt met andere disciplines. Samen met een collega vervul de rol van mentor van patiënten en ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen patiënt, behandelaar en team. Er is gelegenheid om bepaalde groepstrainingen te geven. Je zoekt mee naar de laatste ontwikkelingen op jouw vakgebied en participeert in de ontwikkeling van ons beleid. Je werkt binnen een multidisciplinair team.
