Ben jij klantgericht, daadkrachtig, toon je eigenaarschap over jouw eigen werk en ben je communicatief vaardig? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Wat je gaat doen Als Schadebehandelaar ben jij degene die de klanten van A tot Z helpt. Jij bent de contactpersoon in het geval van een schademelding en zorgt dat de klant weet wat hij moet doen om de schade vergoed te krijgen conform polisvoorwaarden. Je beoordeelt, betaalt en verhaalt schadeclaims en controleert op mogelijke fraude, met als doel een excellente dienstverlening aan de klant. Kortom een functie met een maximale proactieve regie op de klant en zijn schade. Binnen het team hebben we de volgende werkzaamheden: - Call werkzaamheden - Correspondenties behandelen - Volledige intake van alle schades voor inboedel en opstal - Een A tot Z afhandeling van schades - Houdt de klant, tegenpartij en andere betrokken partijen op de hoogte gedurende de looptijd van het dossier Wat wij jou bieden Wij vinden het belangrijk dat jij je kunt blijven ontwikkelen.
