Dankzij jouw organisatietalent kunnen zorgteams zich richten op wat echt belangrijk is: goede zorg voor bewoners en revalidanten. Weddesteyn Zorg- en revalidatiecentrum in Woerden Weddesteyn in Woerden is een zorgcentrum waar wonen, zorg en revalidatie samenkomen. Hier wonen cliënten met een somatische zorgvraag en cliënten met dementie in kleinschalige woonvormen. Daarnaast biedt de locatie revalidatiezorg voor ouderen die tijdelijk herstellen na bijvoorbeeld een ziekenhuisopname. Utrechtsestraatweg 50 3445 AS Woerden Dit ga je doen als mbo Planningsconsulent Je werkt samen met collega‑planningsconsulenten aan een optimale personeelsinzet binnen de verschillende afdelingen. Daarbij schakel je veel met leidinggevenden en medewerkers en weet je snel oplossingen te vinden wanneer de planning verandert. Concreet betekent dat: - Opstellen en beheren van personeelsroosters voor verschillende afdelingen binnen de locatie. - Invullen van openstaande en ad‑hoc diensten om de continuïteit van zorg te waarborgen. - Signaleren van knelpunten in de planning en hier proactief op inspelen. - Afstemmen met medewerkers, managers en andere betrokkenen over roosterwijzigingen en personeelsinzet. - Oppakken van lopende planningswerkzaamheden en bijdragen aan een efficiënte organisatie van de bezetting.
