Wij zijn verantwoordelijk voor de gehele personeelsadministratie voor de uitvoerende collega's die onder de Schoonmaak Cao vallen. In het kort bestaan onze werkzaamheden uit; controleren van workflow in Afas (o.a. in-, uit- en doorstroom mutaties) en het beantwoorden van vragen die wij via de mail en telefoon ontvangen. Wat zijn jouw werkzaamheden? Wij zijn op zoek naar een stagiair(e) die al bekend is met HR administratieve werkzaamheden. Je zal bezig zijn met verschillende taken binnen onze afdeling, zoals: - De overgang indiensttredingen en uitdiensttreding verwerken - Mutaties aanpassen - Telefoon afhandeling vragen over o.a.contract, lonen en declaraties etc. - Nabellen van medewerkers.
