Zorgbalans - MBO Verpleegkundige - 24- 36 uur - Den Weeligenberg VMBO 24 - 36 Hillegom, Zuid-Holland, Nederland Solliciteren Printen MBO Verpleegkundige Hillegom parttime Den Weeligenberg Wat doe je als Verpleegkundige bij Den Weeligenberg? Als Verpleegkundige ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de bewoners in een van de kleinschalige wooneenheden. Hier wonen onze cliënten met 7 - 8 personen samen en voeren samen een huishouden. Als Verpleegkundige regel je, samen met je collega's, dat je cliënten alle zorg krijgen die nodig hebben. Zo stel je zorgleefplannen op, houd je ze actueel, coördineer je de zorg en werk je deels mee in de dagelijkse zorgverlening. Je bent een zorgmedewerker die goed aanvoelt welke aandacht, zorg en begeleiding zij zich wensen en nodig hebben. Je overlegt regelmatig met behandelaars en collega's en je hebt contact met de familieleden van de bewoners. Je draagt zelfstandig en actief bij aan het zorgplan en de uitvoering hiervan. Op basis van jouw kennis en kunde zoek je ook de samenwerking op met collega's van de andere wooneenheden en kijken jullie samen naar eventuele verbeteringen in het werkproces. Heb jij interesse om in de nacht te werken dan zijn er ook mogelijkheden. Waar kom je te werken? Den Weeligenberg in Hillegom is een veilig thuis voor mensen met geestelijke problemen, zoals dementie of een psychiatrische aandoening. Vanuit de verschillende woongroepen bieden we onze 98 bewoners 24-uurszorg, begeleiding en dagbesteding. Naast de woongroepen zijn er ook 13 appartementen waar bewoners wonen met een psychiatrische achtergrond. Een prettige sfeer, liefdevol en sociaal contact, activering en bewegen vinden wij erg belangrijk. Met onze teams van professionele zorg- en welzijnsmedewerkers, behandelaars en vele vrijwilligers maken we het leven van onze bewoners zo prettig mogelijk.
