Als MBO-Verpleegkundige vertrouw je op je kennis, ervaring en professionele blik. Je neemt initiatief, maakt afwegingen en durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Op locatie Franciscus in Ootmarsum krijg je alle ruimte om die kwaliteiten in te zetten. Je coördineert en verleent verpleegkundige zorg, begeleidt bewoners en werkt nauw samen met collega's, behandelaren en naasten. Je bent een belangrijke schakel binnen het team en denkt actief mee over hoe we de zorg steeds beter kunnen maken. Tegelijkertijd blijf je dicht bij de bewoners. Je kent hun verhaal, merkt wanneer iets anders is en weet hoe belangrijk een vertrouwd gezicht kan zijn. Dit ga je doen - Je voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en draait mee in de ochtendzorg (denk aan wondzorg, injecteren, katheteriseren en medicatie toedienen) - Je houdt de gezondheid van bewoners in de gaten en signaleert veranderingen - Je maakt samen met het team een zorgplan op maat, want iedereen verdient persoonlijke zorg - Je biedt psychosociale ondersteuning en helpt cliënten omgaan met ziekte of beperking - Je werkt nauw samen met familie, collega's en andere zorgprofessionals om de beste zorg te bieden Dit ben jij - Je hebt een MBO 4-diploma Verpleegkunde. - Je bent zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig in je werk. - Je hebt oog voor detail, je merkt het meteen als iemand zich anders voelt. - Je kunt goed overzicht behouden - En vooral: je werkt met je hart Bij ons vinden we goed zijn in je werk belangrijk, maar plezier hebben in wat je doet is minstens zo waardevol.
