Hoe kunnen wij u helpen? - - Thuis met Patyna - Zorg bij ons - Wanneer is dit mogelijk Als mbo-verpleegkundige in de thuiszorg bij Patyna sta je dicht bij mensen. In hun eigen huis of appartement bied jij de zorg die nodig is. Je werkt met moderne hulpmiddelen en krijgt het vertrouwen om je werk op jouw manier te doen. Korte of lange diensten zijn mogelijk, in overleg plannen we wat het beste past. Geen dag is hetzelfde in de thuiszorg, en je komt bij mensen thuis in allerlei situaties. Je gaat langs cliënten thuis in de regio Workum. Daarbij horen ook omliggende dorpen. Je kunt tijdens je werkdag gebruik maken van een auto van Patyna om je route af te leggen langs de cliënten. Open tot: 31 oktober 2026 Wat kun je verwachten? In het wijkteam heb je veel ruimte om je eigen werk te organiseren binnen de kaders. Je werkt onder begeleiding van de wijkverpleegkundige en teamleider. Je gaat zelfstandig langs de cliënten van jouw route, maar blijft gedurende de werkdag in contact met je collega's. Zo wordt er gezorgd voor een eerlijke werkverdeling en kunnen jullie meteen inspelen op veranderende behoeftes van de cliënt. De zorg is enorm divers, van lichamelijke ondersteuning tot complexe zorgvragen en toenemende GGZ-problematiek. Wat bieden wij? - Een dienstverband voor onbepaalde tijd in een leuke en uitdagende omgeving; - Net als voor cliënten, vinden we het ook belangrijk dat je als medewerker zelf de regie hebt; - Er is ruimte voor groei en opleiding, afgestemd op jouw kwaliteiten. Ieder persoon is immers uniek; - Patyna heeft goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, het salaris is gebaseerd op FWG45 volgens de cao-VVT. Wat is de functie? Samen met je collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de verzorging en sociale begeleiding van cliënten in hun thuissituatie. Je schept voorwaarden voor een optimale zelfstandigheid van de cliënt. Je communiceert respectvol en duidelijk over de verwachtingen in relatie tot de ondersteun...
