Dan hebben wij dé baan voor jou! Voor onze thuiszorgteams in zijn wij op zoek naar MBO verpleegkundigen. Jouw werk Als mbo-verpleegkundige in de thuiszorg ben je veel onderweg en bezoek je zelfstandig cliënten in hun eigen vertrouwde omgeving. Je kijkt samen met de cliënt naar wat voor hem of haar belangrijk is en welke zorg en ondersteuning daarbij nodig zijn. Je observeert, monitort en evalueert de situatie van de cliënt en draagt zo bij aan een zo hoog mogelijke kwaliteit van leven. Wanneer dat nodig is, schakel je andere zorgprofessionals in, zoals de huisarts of verpleegkundig specialist. Omdat je bij cliënten thuis komt, is het belangrijk dat je je makkelijk aanpast en goed kunt improviseren. Je werkt veel zelfstandig en neemt daarin verantwoordelijkheid, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je houdt de lijnen met je collega's kort en samen zorgen jullie voor de beste zorg voor de cliënt. Binnen het team staan jullie voor elkaar klaar en draag jij met jouw kennis en ervaring bij aan een prettige samenwerking. Daarnaast adviseer en ondersteun je collega's bij (complexe) zorgvragen en geef je verpleegkundige instructies om hun deskundigheid te vergroten. Je bent digitaal vaardig en weet ook wanneer een warme, persoonlijke overdracht het verschil maakt.
