Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Dit ga je doen Op onze High Intensive Care (HIC) afdeling bied je zorg aan cliënten die zich in crisissituaties bevinden. Jij bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt, zorgt voor veiligheid en ondersteuning en biedt een luisterend oor. Samen met een multidisciplinair team werk je aan de stabiliteit en het herstel van onze cliënten. Je werkzaamheden: - verzorgen, begeleiden en ondersteunen van cliënten in acute psychiatrische situaties; - observeren en signaleren van veranderingen in gedrag; - samenwerken met collega's om een veilige omgeving te waarborgen; - uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen; - herstelgericht werken binnen een gesloten afdeling, met oog voor de autonomie van de patiënt en een minimale inzet aan dwangtoepassingen. Dit ben jij - je hebt een afgeronde opleiding tot mbo-verpleegkundige; - je hebt een BIG-registratie; - je hebt affiniteit met psychiatrie en ervaring met crisissituaties, bij voorkeur binnen de klinische ggz; - je bent empathisch, stressbestendig en een echte teamspeler; - je bent flexibel en kunt snel inspelen op veranderende situaties. Voor deze functie vragen we een positieve Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG). Het natrekken van referenties en het controleren van diploma's maakt deel uit van de sollicitatieprocedure.
