Verpleegkundige in de wijk Dan is dit iets voor jou! Als MBO verpleegkundige werk je zelfstandig in de wijk. Jij haalt energie uit persoonsgerichte zorg en helpt je cliënt in de thuissituatie zo veel mogelijk zijn of haar eigen leven te leiden. De zorgverlening is afwisselend. Bij de ene cliënt reik je medicatie aan en dien je insuline toe, een volgende cliënt help je met persoonlijke verzorging en bij weer een andere cliënt verzorg je een wond. Je hebt nauwe contacten met mantelzorgers en andere zorgverleners die betrokken zijn bij de cliënt. Door creatief denken en door jouw kennis van medische handelingen zorg je ervoor dat je cliënten helpt bepaalde dingen zelf (weer) te kunnen. Zo help je hen in de thuissituatie zo veel mogelijk hun eigen leven te leiden. Dit alles in het kader van de bedoeling van Thebe ( https://www.thebe.nl/over-thebe/bedoeling-van-thebe/ ). Naast je zorgtaken bij cliënten ben je binnen een team ook verantwoordelijk voor bepaalde aandachtsvelden. Voorbeelden hiervan zijn wondzorg, meldingen incident client (MIC) en Meldingen incident medewerker (MIM), infectiepreventie/ hygiëne en digicoach. Samenwerken in kernteams In deze regio werken we met twee kernteams, waarin samenwerking en flexibiliteit centraal staan: - Kernteam Noord: Oisterwijk West, Oisterwijk Oost & Moergestel - Kernteam Zuid: Hilvarenbeek, Goirle-Leerteam & Goirle-Riel Binnen de kernteams werken we met schakelteams en stemmen we continu af.
