Zorgbalans - MBO Verpleegkundige team Alarmopvolging - 24 tot 36 uur - regio Haarlem, IJmuiden en Hillegom VMBO 24 - 36 Haarlem, Noord-Holland, Nederland Solliciteren Printen MBO Verpleegkundige team Alarmopvolging regio Haarlem parttime/fulltime Zorgbalans Het team Alarmopvolging van Zorgbalans zorgt dat er 24 uur per dag iemand klaar staat om gehoor te geven aan een alarmoproep van onze cliënten. De aard van de oproepen is zeer divers en de frequentie kan per dag verschillen waardoor geen dienst hetzelfde is. Daarnaast lever je adhoc zorg en geplande zorg bij buurtteams bij uitval en ziekte. Wat doe je als verpleegkundige bij het team Alarmopvolging Zorgbalans? Je werkt alle diensten (dag-, avond- en nachtdiensten). Je hebt regelmatig overleg met diverse disciplines om de juiste zorg te kunnen leveren. Je kunt hierbij denken aan de huisartsenpost, meldkamer en andere hulpdiensten. Tevens draag je zorg voor de cliënten van het verpleegtechnisch team (VTT). Je zorgt voor het oplossen van pompalarmen, palliatieve sedaties en andere technische zorg indien nodig. We leveren de alarmopvolging in het gebied IJmuiden tot en met Hillegom. Wij hebben hiervoor een eigen auto tot onze beschikking. Heb jij het profiel en de opleiding die wij zoeken? - Je hebt het diploma verpleegkundige vanaf niveau 4 - Je verpleegtechnische vaardigheden zijn up to date (indien nodig ontvang je training bij VTT) - Je hebt aantoonbare werkervaring in de ouderenzorg en met mensen met dementie - Je bent in staat tot het beoordelen van onverwachte cliëntsituaties en kan daarin zelfstandig handelen - Je beschikt over een flexibele en klantgerichte instelling en bent communicatief vaardig - Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs en avontuurlijk ingesteld - Je bent geduldig, hulpvaardig, stimulerend en tactvol en je weet van aanpakken - Je bent 24 - 36 uur per week beschikbaar.
