McLarens onderzoekt in opdracht van veelal verzekeraars en makelaars door hun verzekerden gemelde schades. Waarom ging het mis, wat zijn de gevolgen en wie is er mogelijk aansprakelijk….? Dit is de dagelijkse praktijk waarnaar wij onderzoek doen waarbij wij onze juridische en technische kennis inzetten. Werken in de verzekeringsbranche wordt vaak gezien als saai. Deze functie is dat zeker niet! Wie zijn wij? McLarens is al meer dan 30 jaar toonaangevend als onafhankelijk schade-expertisebureau in binnen- en buitenland. Bij McLarens zijn we ambitieus. Jouw rol Als deskundig schade-expert ben jij primair betrokken bij de behandeling van schadecalamiteiten op het gebied van onder andere betonproblemen, trillingschades, zettingschades, brand- , storm- en diefstalschades maar ook schades waarbij de ene partij de andere aansprakelijk stelt. Afhankelijk van de opdracht doe je o.a. onderzoek naar de omstandigheden en causaal verband, wie de betrokkenen zijn, contractuele verhoudingen en omvang van de schade. Er is een grote diversiteit aan calamiteiten die zich voor kunnen doen. Om de schade in beeld te brengen, bezoek je vaak de betrokken partijen en/of de schadelocatie, leg je de schade/situatie fotografisch vast en verzamel je zoveel mogelijk informatie. Nadat je jouw gedegen onderzoek hebt gedaan naar de omstandigheden, oorzaak en de hoogte van de schade leg je de uitkomst hiervan vast in heldere rapportages waarbij het onderhouden van contacten met betrokkenen en opdrachtgevers hierbij...
