Als MD Adviseur Recruitment, ontwikkeling & processen draag je bij aan kwalitatief sterk management en duurzame talentontwikkeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de professionele invulling van managementposities en helpt management development-processen in samenhang vorm te geven en uit te voeren. Je adviseert over de ontwikkeling en een gezonde, evenwichtige opbouw van managementteams. Je verbindt recruitment met talent- en performanceprocessen, leiderschapsontwikkeling en de toekomstige behoeften van de organisatie. Zo lever je een directe bijdrage aan de kwaliteit en continuïteit van het management binnen DNB. Zo doe je dat als MD Adviseur Recruitment, ontwikkeling & processen bij DNB Je geeft zelfstandig vorm aan het volledige wervings- en selectieproces voor managementposities en voert dit van begin tot eind uit. Je adviseert directie en hoger management over strategische vacatures, competentie- en profielkeuzes, de samenstelling van managementteams en de wervings- en selectieaanpak. Je luistert goed, doorgrondt de vraag achter de vraag en durft vanuit je expertise een onafhankelijk advies te geven. Ook wanneer belangen of opvattingen uiteenlopen, blijf je standvastig en bewaak je de kwaliteit en zorgvuldigheid van het proces. Naast de uitvoering van management recruitment draag je bij aan de ontwikkeling en implementatie van recruitmentbeleid, kaders en werkwijzen. Je zorgt voor samenhang tussen recruitment, management development, talentmanagement en leiderschapsontwikkeling. Je werkt daarbij intensief samen met onder andere directie en management, HR Business Partners, recruitment, de senior MD-adviseur en HR-adviseurs Leren & Ontwikkelen. - Je geeft zelfstandig vorm aan end-to-end wervings- en selectieprocessen ...
